Your site is extremly buggy. Doesn't work with Firefox. Freezes with 404 errors all the time. You are relly getting ripped off by your web guys and frustrating your clients to the point that I really don't want to work with your company anymore mostly because of poor software design. Please keep it simple, we don't need buggy drop down menus that work maybe 60% of the time (in IE), we don't need serveys, we don't need fancy photo tools. Just a site that works 100% of the time. It seems like you may have some creative guys on your web team, that's awesome, but seriously, having a system that is reliable on all browsers is really more important than fancy scripts and buggy 'tools'. Thanks... now make it work.

I appreciate the upload tools that you provide. Thank you! It saves me from having to call up an FTP application. I like having all the tools in one place. I too would also like to see proper functionality available to other browsers as I also use Firefox 99.9% of the time and cannot use it effectively with NVMS's site, but I still like the interface. It beats what I've had to deal with with some other companies that I deal with. Thanks NVMS!

Your site, forms & upload tools are the most concise I have to use & the speed is great.

I also use FIREFOX as my browser and wish the drop down menus would work. I agree with the 9/6/2006 post...take out all the fluff and give us a site that works.

Your site is easy and fast, as good as any other client I have. After reading previous comments, don't think I'll be using Firefox anytime soon. Keep it up.
